Dr. Henry Walton Jones, Jr., better known as Indiana Jones or Indy, is a professor of history and archaeology, and the main character of the Indiana Jones franchise. Indiana Jones first appeared in the 1981 film Raiders of the Lost Ark. The film was followed by Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom in 1984, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in 1989, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles from 1992 to 1996, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in 2008.

The Mach 5, the car Speed Racer drove in the series (known as the “Mach Go,” or simply the “Mach,” in the Japanese version), is a technological marvel, containing useful pieces of equipment. Gō Mifune/Speed Racer easily deployed these gadgets by pressing buttons marked “A” through “G” on the steering wheel hub. There was another button, marked “H,” mounted in the console.

Speed Racer (Emile Hirsch) is an 18-year-old whose life and love has always been racing. Racing is “in his blood”.  Speed Racer is quickly sweeping the racing world with his artistic skill, driving the “Mach 5″.

It is a romanticised account of the life of the 16th-century aristocrat, Mary Boleyn, who was the sister of Queen Anne Boleyn and one-time mistress of King Henry VIII of England. The film was directed by Justin Chadwick from a script by Peter Morgan (who also wrote a two-part television drama on Henry VIII in 2003).

The movie is about the sisters, Anne Boleyn (Natalie Portman) and Mary Boleyn (Scarlett Johansson), who are both fighting for the attention of King Henry VIII (Eric Bana) love. Although initially reluctant to become Henry’s mistress, Mary falls genuinely in love with the King, while Anne is only interested in securing her own status. Their father, Sir Thomas Boleyn, and uncle, the Duke of Norfolk, engineer the sisters’ coming to Henry’s attention in the first place, capitalizing on his dissatisfaction with his wife, Katherine of Aragon, who has failed to bear him a living son. The ambitious men seek their own gain in having a female relative as the King’s mistress. First they select Anne, who is older, more ambitious and unmarried, and arrange for her to catch Henry’s eye, but when Henry is injured in a hunting accident, indirectly caused by Anne, they have Mary nurse him.

While Anne is sent to France in disgrace, Mary becomes the King’s lover; the Boleyns’ fortunes seem secure when she becomes pregnant. When Mary is confined to bed rest to protect the baby, however, Norfolk recalls Anne from France to keep the King’s attention from wandering to another rival (such as Jane Seymour). Anne embarks on a successful campaign to attract Henry, showing herself to be more sophisticated and accomplished than she had seemed before. By refusing her sexual favors, she ensures Henry’s continued interest, finally making him promise never to bed his wife or speak to her sister in exchange for her giving him hope. She exacts this promise just after Mary gives birth to the much-anticipated son, making her sister’s triumph hollow.

The ambitious Anne continues to refuse Henry’s advances, until at last he obtains an unpopular divorce from Katherine and marries her instead. A scandal from her brief, secret marriage to a young nobleman (Henry Percy) threatens the alliance, but Mary, out of loyalty to her family, returns to court and vouches for Anne’s honesty. A pregnant Anne becomes Queen of England, and Mary stays by her side. Despite the birth of a daughter, Elizabeth, the royal marriage is unhappy. After Anne miscarries her second child, she becomes desperate and asks her brother, George Boleyn, to try to impregnate her. Mary again leaves behind the intrigues of court, but Anne and George are unable to go through with their incest. Nonetheless, George’s neglected wife, Jane, sees enough of their encounter to make her suspicious. Her testimony sets off the arrest, trial and, eventually, the execution of both Boleyns. Mary returns to court to plead for her sister’s life, and although Henry seems to soften, he permits Anne’s beheading to go on. He even warns Mary never to come to court again, because her family’s disgrace could result in danger to her, as well. Mary fulfills her last promise to Anne and takes care of her infant daughter, who will grow up, the film’s epilogue notes, to be the strong and successful heir that Henry always wanted: Elizabeth I.

Hannah Montana: The Movie has been confirmed by many of the stars from the show. It will not be a Disney Channel Original Movie but will instead follow in the steps of the Lizzie McGuire series, which is a feature-length film released in cinemas. Filming should take place sometime in spring 2008, and should be released in late 2008 or early 2009.Oprah Winfrey also confirmed on her show on November 21, 2007 that a film was in the works.

Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert – Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert is an upcoming musical documentary film from Walt Disney Pictures presented in Disney Digital 3-D. The limited release will be for one week, February 1-7, 2008 in the US and Canada with release in other countries later on. Disney recently announced the concert to be filmed in several cities to be theatrically released upon the US in February and internationally throughout the month. The film is planned to use 3-D glasses.

Giselle (Amy Adams) lives in the animated world of Andalasia, where magical beings frolic, animals are talkative and music punctuates every interaction. She dreams of her true love and builds a statue to represent him from her dream with the help of her chipmunk friend Pip and other forest animals.  Enchanted takes a sudden turn when Giselle is transported to the real world.

Enchanted’s score is written by accomplished songwriter and Broadway composer Alan Menken, who has worked on a number of Disney films: The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Newsies, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Home on the Range, and The Shaggy Dog. Fellow Broadway composer Stephen Schwartz (The Prince of Egypt, Pippin, and Wicked) has written the lyrics for six songs, also composed by Menken. Menken and Schwartz previously worked together on the score and songs for Pocahontas and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.  Enchanted wallpapers are a great way to remember this movie.

Hitman is a 2007 film adaptation of the video game series Hitman. The film is directed by Xavier Gens and stars Timothy Olyphant. The script is written by Skip Woods. Hitman is scheduled for release on November 21, 2007.

A gun-for-hire known only as Agent 47 (Timothy Olyphant) is ensnared in a political conspiracy, which finds him pursued by both Interpol and the military of Russia as he treks across the Eastern half of Europe. He is hired by a group known as “The Agency” to kill targets for cash.

American Gangster is a 2007 crime film written by Steve Zaillian and directed by Ridley Scott. The film stars Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe. Washington portrays Frank Lucas, a real-life heroin kingpin from Harlem who smuggled the drug into the country in American service planes returning from the Vietnam War. Crowe portrays Richie Roberts, a detective who brings down Lucas’ drug empire.[2] Filming was done on location in New York City. American Gangster was released in the United States and Canada on November 2, 2007.

Bee Movie is an animated film starring the voices of Jerry Seinfeld, Renée Zellweger, Matthew Broderick, Megan Mullally, John Goodman, Chris Rock, Kathy Bates, and Oprah Winfrey. Produced by DreamWorks it was released on November 2, 2007 by Paramount Pictures.

Bee Movie is the first movie to be written by Seinfeld. The cast and crew include some veterans of Seinfeld’s long-running NBC sitcom Seinfeld, including writer/producers Feresten and Robin, and actors Patrick Warburton (Seinfeld character David Puddy), and Larry Miller (who plays the title character on the Seinfeld episode “The Doorman”.)

After graduating from three days of bee college, Barry Bee Benson finds himself overwhelmed by the idea of having one job for the rest of his life. To escape this fate, he travels out of the hive with the pollen jocks, the bees who pollinate the plants outside of the hive. After a series of misadventures, he ends up in a human’s home. A bully attacks him, but he rescued by a kind-hearted florist, Vanessa (Renée Zellweger).
