Benjamin Tennyson, his cousin Gwendolyn, and their grandfather Maxwell start their summer camping trip. Ben goes stomping off into the woods after another fight with Gwen, whom he is not happy to have along on the trip, and finds an alien pod on the ground. When he examines it, he finds a mysterious, watch-like device, called the Omnitrix.

The device attaches permanently to his wrist and gives him the ability to transform into a variety of alien life-forms, each with their own unique powers. Although Ben realizes that he has a responsibility to help others with these new abilities at his disposal, he is not above a little super-powered mischief now and then. Along with Gwen and Max, Ben embarks on an adventure to fight evil, both extraterrestrial and earthly.

Coldplay achieved worldwide fame with the release of their single “Yellow”, followed by their debut album, Parachutes (2000), which was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Its follow-up, A Rush of Blood to the Head (2002), was named NME’s Album of the Year. Their next release, X&Y (2005), received a generally positive reception. The band’s fourth studio album, Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends, was produced by Brian Eno and released on 17 June 2008 again to largely favourable reviews. All of Coldplay’s albums have enjoyed great commercial success.[2][3]

Coldplay’s early material was compared to acts such as Jeff Buckley, U2, and Travis.[4] Since the release of Parachutes, Coldplay have drawn influence from other sources, including Echo and the Bunnymen,[5] Kate Bush and George Harrison[6] on A Rush of Blood to the Head, Johnny Cash and Kraftwerk for X&Y and Arcade Fire and My Bloody Valentine on Viva la Vida.[7] Coldplay have been an active supporter of various social and political causes, such as Oxfam’s Make Trade Fair campaign and Amnesty International. The group have also performed at various charity projects such as Band Aid 20, Live 8, and the Teenage Cancer Trust.[8]

In 1997, Wayne formed the group Hot Boys along with rappers Juvenile, Turk, and B.G., who released their debut CD Get It How You Live that year. In 1998, the group’s major-label debut Guerrilla Warfare was released; it was followed in 2003 by Let Em Burn.

The first music album to feature Lil Wayne’s vocals was the debut album of the Cash Money-signed group Hot Boys titled Get It How U Live!, released in 1997; Lil Wayne was the youngest member of that group. In 1998, Wayne was featured on the song “Back That Azz Up” by Juvenile. The second album by the group, titled Guerrilla Warfare, was released in 1999 before Wayne’s solo debut was released.

His solo career began with Tha Block is Hot in 1999. After releasing the albums Lights Out in 2000 and 500 Degreez in 2002 to little success, in 2004 he released the bestseller Tha Carter and eventually was featured in the popular song “Soldier” by the R&B group Destiny’s Child. Tha Carter II followed in 2005. In June 2008, “Tha Carter III” was released.[2]

Wayne’s debut solo album Tha Block Is Hot featured significant contributions from the Hot Boys and went double platinum, climbing to #3 on the Billboard album charts.[2] The album earned Wayne a 1999 Source magazine award nomination for “Best New Artist”,[7] and also became a Top Ten hit.[2] After the release of Tha Block is Hot, Wayne was featured on the single, “Bling Bling”, with B.G., Juvenile, Turk, and Big Tymers.

His 2000 follow-up album Lights Out failed to attain the level of success achieved by his debut[2] but was certified gold by RIAA.[8] At this point in his development as an emcee, Wayne was criticized for coasting on his fame and the collective success of the Hot Boys. Critics pointed to the lack of coherent narratives in his verses as evidence that he had yet to mature to the level of his fellow Hot Boys.[9] Near the release of Lights Out, Wayne was featured on the single, “1# Stunna” with Big Tymers and Juvenile, which rose to 24th place on the Hot Rap Tracks charts.

Wayne’s third album 500 Degreez, released 2002, followed the format of his previous two, with significant contributions from the Hot Boys and Mannie Fresh. While certified Gold like its predecessor[8], it too failed to match the success of Wayne’s debut.[2] The title was a reference to the recently estranged Hot Boys member Juvenile’s recording, 400 Degreez.[10] After the release of 500 Degreez, Wayne was featured in the single, “Neva Get Enuf” with 3LW.[11]

The giant panda has an insatiable appetite for bamboo. A typical animal eats half the day—a full 12 out of every 24 hours—and relieves itself dozens of times a day. It takes 28 pounds (12.5 kilograms) of bamboo to satisfy a giant panda’s daily dietary needs, and it hungrily plucks the stalks with elongated wrist bones that function rather like thumbs. Pandas will sometimes eat birds or rodents as well.

Pandas are often seen eating in a relaxed sitting posture, with their hind legs stretched out before them. They may appear sedentary, but they are skilled tree-climbers and efficient swimmers.

Dr. Henry Walton Jones, Jr., better known as Indiana Jones or Indy, is a professor of history and archaeology, and the main character of the Indiana Jones franchise. Indiana Jones first appeared in the 1981 film Raiders of the Lost Ark. The film was followed by Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom in 1984, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in 1989, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles from 1992 to 1996, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in 2008.

Go Speed Racer Go!

The Mach 5, the car Speed Racer drove in the series (known as the “Mach Go,” or simply the “Mach,” in the Japanese version), is a technological marvel, containing useful pieces of equipment. Gō Mifune/Speed Racer easily deployed these gadgets by pressing buttons marked “A” through “G” on the steering wheel hub. There was another button, marked “H,” mounted in the console.

Speed Racer (Emile Hirsch) is an 18-year-old whose life and love has always been racing. Racing is “in his blood”.  Speed Racer is quickly sweeping the racing world with his artistic skill, driving the “Mach 5″.
